Originally a commercial building, the Bliss presented a few challenges, but even more opportunities. How many 100 year old houses do you see that are 80% windows? Daylight abounds throughout, and with its primary street elevation facing South, even winter is a bright, cheery season here. We’ve crafted plans that suit each space to its best potential, and each has its own special character.
